Always remember to include your order number by bank transfer. Once we receive the amount in the account we dispatch the order. If you decide to pay by credit card or Paypal we will never withdraw funds from your account before your goods are shipped.

Generally, your order is processed and sent on the same day as it is made. If not, it will be sent on the following working day. Delivery times may vary from 1 to 4 days.
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery times may vary from 5 to 12 days.
All prices are incl. 19% German VAT and are quoted in Euro (€). We keep reservations for misprints or other errors.
There is always a warranty on your new NordicComfort® product. Depending on which product, the warranty can cover between 2 to 10 years from date of purchase. You can look at the product card to see how much warranty is on the individual product.
You always have our 365 day return period, so long as the goods are unused in the original packaging and condition.
With us you will be offered a 30 day money back guarantee, so if you're not satisfied with the duvet, you will be refunded.
If there are errors or omissions in the product which were present when the goods were sold, you are protected by the warranty. This includes defect from manufacturing and other material defects.
